• Product colors, prints, and sizing may vary slightly due to screen settings or manufacturing differences.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

• All prices and product descriptions are subject to change at our discretion.

3. Order & Payment

• Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

• We accept payments through secure third-party processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, or WooCommerce Payments).

• Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled after 12 hours, as production begins immediately through Printify.

• All transactions are processed in [your currency], and prices include applicable taxes where required.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We work with Printify’s global print partners to fulfill and ship orders.

• Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are provided at checkout and depend on your location.

• Classy Charm is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-printed for each customer, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, graphics, text, and content on Classy Charm are owned by or licensed to us.
