1. Production & Fulfilment

• Because our products are manufactured on demand via Printify, orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

• Typical production time is 2-5 business days, depending on the chosen print provider and product type.

• During high-demand periods or promotions, production may take slightly longer; we’ll notify you of any delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic (e.g., within the United States)

• Standard shipping: approximately 2-5 business days after production. Printify+1

• Economy option (if available): approximately 4-8 business days after production. Printify+1

• Shipping cost starts from around USD 4.75 for the first item (depending on product and print provider). Printify

3. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

• You can track your shipment using the provided link until delivery.

• Please allow for delays in tracking updates, especially for international shipments.

4. Address Accuracy & Responsibilities

• It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct.

• If the address is incorrect, incomplete or causes the package to be returned, extra shipping or reshipment costs may apply.

• We are not responsible for delays, mis-deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect customer addresses.

5. Shipping Delays or Loss

• While we and Printify endeavour to meet the above shipping estimates, factors like production delays, carrier issues, weather or customs can affect delivery times.
