At Classy Charm, every product is made especially for you through our print-on-demand partner Printify, which means we don’t hold stock or resell returned items.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@classycharm.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns for wrong size, color, or change-of-mind orders, since each item is custom printed.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order is fulfilled.

  • All approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
